A Sunlit Yellow Sanctuary

New construction

Principal Designer—shaped a light-filled concept anchored in a meaningful yellow motif, guided FF&E and key exterior/interior selections alongside the homeowner, translated design intent clearly to the builder, and carried the project through final styling and installation.

A dream home forty years in the making, built from the ground up to meet—and defy—all expectations. The architecture was designed to be open, airy, and filled with light, and the interior carries that feeling through with an exuberant warmth of its own. Before there was a home, there was a plate—and the homeowner’s deepest desire (and greatest fear): to live in a yellow home. That plate became the design anchor, bringing yellow center stage without letting it run the show.

Traditional Togetherness + Modern Travel Mystique

(Concept Study)

This conceptual design explores “traditional meets modern,” with the goal of heightening a sense of relaxation and togetherness. A warm palette leads, with cool notes woven throughout. By mixing traditional and modern materials, the space balances sophistication with a touch of travel mystique—playful, fluid, and never too stiff. Unexpected elements add moments of interest and change, creating a home that feels cohesive without feeling overly tailored.
